An example of a meatless meal for me! (And YES I eat animal protein but not all the time) Although protein IS important we often consume more than we need.

1. Animal protein isn’t the only form of protein - you CAN get protein from plants ☝?
2. I don’t care how hard you train or what your goals are having days where you eat LESS protein IS optimal for absorption of it when you do. The body adapts to things we keep too consistent!
