My current favourite core exercise ? (P.s. My face is so serious on this.. clearly I'm focusing on making those gains ?). Anyways - I've always neglected hanging leg raises as I felt them too much in my hips. However, this variation makes it much easier for me to engage and utilise my core ?? Rather than doing a straight up leg raise, I do a hanging leg circle. Imagine you're lifting your legs up and over a pole. Or even better, pop a foam roller there and work around it.
