I wish I could’ve told myself these things a long time ago: Comparing yourself to others is only beneficial if you do it to be inspired. Don’t do it to put yourself down or feel inferior. You have what it takes to achieve your goals too! Just get started! It’s not a race or a competition! We all have a starting point that looked way bleaker than our ideal goal. You have just as much potential as the idol you look up to. All you need is passion, patience & the drive. Dig deep and find out what motivates you then surround yourself with the strategies & people that will get you there. Your mind is a powerful place and can take you further than you imagine. Don’t look at health or body goals and think it’s not for you. Tell yourself you’re worth it and you can achieve way more than you think. Look to the people that admit their own struggles and defeats but still found ways to keep pushing forward. Look to people who want you to enjoy the fruits of your labor too, who will be happy for your achievements & successes. Be inspired by those that wish you well & those that will help you achieve your own personal greatness ??
