Legs & Core Workout ? This morning @healthychefsteph and I tested out some of the exercises from my upcoming training guide. It was pretty damn tough but an awesome workout which left us super sweaty ? (You can see how destroyed we were on my stories!) ➡️ Jumping Lunges ➡️ Eccentric Sit Ups ➡️ Pop Squats & Heel Taps ➡️ Plank Holds ?? Go for 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. 4 rounds ?? Shoutout to @qualiaresort for having THE most beautiful grounds to train in! What a setting for our morning sweat sesh ?❤️ #zvdworkout
