Parenthood is throwing a birthday party for a stuffed cat named Pusheen that you had never heard of before your eight-year-old became suddenly and inexplicably obsessed. “Oh the Facebook sticker?” You say when your daughter shows you a picture. Then she says, “I don’t know what that means.” For Mazzy’s birthday, she ended up getting both a Pusheen stuffed toy and a Pusheen calendar which told her that Pusheen’s birthday was February 18th. She made us celebrate. Not sure where the obsession goes from here. Anyone else have kids who are into #pusheen?
