I have turned to fitness to help me through the hardest times in my life, from being bullied to having health problems, watching family members battle severe illness, becoming a single parent and overcoming an emotionally and physically unhealthy lifestyle when I became a model at the very young age of 18. I’ve been in the public eye for 12yrs now and it’s flown by so fast, not only do I now have two children but I’m also a qualified personal trainer studying for my next nutrition exams as well as being a professional natural vegan bodybuilder, journalist, TV personality, author and keen supporter of charity. I’ve realised the less I stress about growing old and alone, worrying what others think of me or fretting over things I can’t change then the happier I become. I’ve never felt so young, free and uplifted since looking myself in the mirror and accepting my body mind and soul for everything that I am warts and all and recognising the aspirations that drive me to provide for my family. You don’t have to be perfect for other people, just be perfectly yourself my darlings. I’m working hard to help everybody that I can possibly reach to live a more healthy, fulfilling and confident quality life with my own peace love and happiness invested into everything that I do.
