April is a great time to visit the park for viewing waterfalls as the spring runoff swells the rivers. It's hard to appreciate just how massive this cascade is until you stand underneath and listen to the waters thundering down the cliffs for thousands of feet. The falls are actually made up of three tiers totaling 2,425 ft (739 m). The upper section pictured here is 1,430ft (436m).
