Using frozen fruit is a great way to save $$$ + time when blending smoothies. Cherries, berries, mango, pineapple and peaches are always freezer favorites in my house.

To make my fav kind of smoothies, I prefer fresh greens mixed with frozen fruits. It chills the smoothie, saves me time cutting fruit or waiting for it to ripen. Or even worst- pull it out of the fridge to blend and find that it's moldy!

This recipe will help calm your body and fight inflammation thanks to the ginger, berries, beets and other goodness. It's also loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber to do the body some good.
