Everybody has different fitness goals my darlings, please don’t judge or criticise your own body based on others condition. Personally right now I weigh the most I have ever weighed as I’m 65kg and wear a size UK8 (XS/S) which many perceive as being slim. However I don’t feel slim I feel muscular, these numbers on the scale don’t relate to my appearance but my overall mass and muscle weighs more than bodyfat. Of course I still have body fat, squishy edges and womanly curves - something I’ve spent the majority of my life without as I’ve always been far lighter on the scales minus the muscle or fitness. On the other hand I’m happy with my body after babies, I live a healthy vegan lifestyle that I enjoy, I’m not afraid to tuck into huge meals, have treats, a glass of wine or an ice cream whenever I choose to do so. Basically I don’t deny myself the things that make me happy, but instead allow for this by making my everyday healthy and balanced with my fitness complimenting my nutrition for which meal prep is key. I’m not competing this year due to inflamed lymph nodes which I’ve had for the past 18months and am currently awaiting diagnosis for, thankfully Crohn’s has been ruled out but it’s opened my eyes to the many who suffer in silence and live with uncertainty. Never take your health, life or mobility for granted my darlings - be kind to your body and cut yourself some slack, there’s no such thing as perfect -----------------------
