Leg Strengthening Circuit ? Wanting to sculpt and strengthen your pins? Give this circuit a go! ? Complete 8-10 reps of each exercise before moving onto the next. After all three exercises rest for 1 Minute. Do as many rounds as you like, I usually go for 4! ??
