今日の和菓子： 黄昏色

暑さがおさまり、朝晩の涼しさに初秋の息遣いを感じる季節。秋の夕暮れ時は「秋入日」や「秋の暮」などと言われ、その昔から和歌でも多く詠まれてきたそう。 その短い夕暮れ時の光を閉じ込めた秋色の鉱石菓子です。今回は北欧ブランドsudioからご提供いただいた素敵なイアホンのカラーをイメージして作ってみました。

Today's Wagashi : Sunset Glow
Sunset time is getting earlier day by day in September. In Japan, sunset time in Autumn is especially called as “Akiirihi” or “Akinokure” and have often used for a theme of traditional Japanese poetry. This edible stone confectionary captures the ephemeral moment of sunset light.
