今日の和菓子はねりきりで作った黒猫です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
撮影 用に作成しました。
これは販売いたしません。
本日、斐川町商工まつりが開催されます。
なぜか去年から青年部の部長をしていますので
開会の挨拶があります。
部長でいくつか憂鬱な時がありますがその一つです。

Today's wagashi is Black cat with Nerikiri.
The Nerikiri is the material of wagashi made by mixing the rice cake and yam
in white bean.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
The sweets I've made for the shooting.
