Sunday: It’s a Shanghai FEAST! 咸豆浆 Savoury soy milk, with pickles and 油条 youtiao, that long fried Chinese dough stick, my new fave, a delicious egg pancake 蛋饼 which is a lot like a roti, again, youtiao inside and some hoisin sauce and a 麻球 sesame ball on the side

This week I’ve been flat out finishing off a Shanghai food and drink guide book that will be published next February 2019 ?? it has over 120 restaurants, bars, places to eat late at night, hidden gems and local favourites and I’ve worked with 9 super inspiring local foodies to do it.
