- potato (mummy) pizzas ?
These were sliced red potatoes that I baked for 10 minutes at 400 before topping with marinara sauce, vegan cheese (I used @fieldroast Chao cheese cut into strips), and black olives! Pop them back in the oven for 10 minutes and serve. So delish!

- Stuffed (eyeball) mushrooms ?
The stuffing consists of 1 block of extra firm tofu, a garlic clove, 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice, salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend then pipe into the washed and stemmed mushroom caps. Pour a bit of balsamic vinegar over each one before topping with sliced sun dried tomatoes and olives and baking at 350 for 15 minutes.

Black bean (cobwed) dip ??
Blend 2 low sodium cans of black beans, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp of tahini, juice from 1 small lemon, 1 tsp paprika, 3 tbsp unsweetened nondairy yogurt, and salt and pepper to taste. Pipe a cobweb with the leftover yogurt and serve with lime tortilla chips!
