Full Body Hotel Workout ? When I travel I like to stick to full body workouts which combine strength and cardiovascular conditioning; which is exactly what my morning workout was! Give it a go: ➡️ Circuit 1: 20 Jumping Lunges, 10 KB Reverse Lunges (each leg), 10 Box Jumps & 20 KB Glute Bridges ➡️ Circuit 2 (swipe right!): 10 Burpees, 10 Close Grip DB Press, 10 SA Rows (each arm), 10 KB Clean & Press ? Go for 4 rounds of the first circuit, taking a minutes rest between each round.
