Victoriya Kovtun, an X-ray laboratory assistant in the central city hospital of Toretsk, Ukraine, is among hundreds of people—most of them women—working in the facility that faces a lot of wartime challenges. And shelling is only one of them. Shortage of qualified specialists is yet another problem. One of the X-ray machines in her department is out of service because the technician who could repair it refused to come to Toretsk out of fear for his safety. Since the conflict began in 2014, photojournalist @anastasiatl and @sopova.alisa have covered it as a team.
