Happy #Thanksgiving! George Elbert Burr created this menu for a Thanksgiving dinner in 1905.
The meal included consomme, English plum pudding, Charlotte Russe (a dessert usually made in a mold with cake or cookies and filled with custard or fruit), and of course, turkey.
