日に日に日が短くなっていく霜月。秋の夕暮れ時は「秋入日」や「秋の暮」などと言われ、その昔から和歌でも多く詠まれてきたそう。
そんな茜色に染まる夕暮れ時の秋空をイメージした和菓子です。

Sunset time is getting earlier day by day in November. In Japan, sunset time in Autumn is especially called as “Akiirihi” or “Akinokure” and have often used for a theme of traditional Japanese poetry. This edible Japanese confectionary captures the ephemeral moment of sunset in autumn evening.
