Tucking into some fully loaded avocado toast for brekkie this morning ? Right here we have: ➡️ 2 slices of toasted sourdough bread ➡️ 1 whole avocado, mashed with salt and pepper ➡️ 2 portobello mushrooms diced and sautéed with herbs ➡️ Toasted pumpkin seeds ➡️ A sprinkle of @happy_cheeze vegan Parmesan ? I am fully aware that our current obsession with avocado is causing issues in the countries where they’re grown.
