Should you train in the morning or in the evening? ? I personally choose to train at 6am in the morning most of the time for a few reasons ➡️ My schedule allows it. My days are jam packed and evenings usually include plans or work, so it’s the only time I can really do. ➡️ Usually by the evening I have lost motivation or have 101 excuses to not train, which I don’t have when I first wake up! ➡️ It energises me for the day, I honestly love the feeling of sweating it out before I start working ?➡️ I personally find it harder to sleep if I train at night, especially if I do HIIT. My body ends up buzzing and it’s a challenge to wind down ➡️ I train better. I find I have the most energy fresh out of bed and have my most successful workouts in the morning. ➡️ It’s done. When I train first thing it’s one task ticked off my to do list, which makes me feel accomplished ✅ BUT that being said: The answer to the question is to train whenever the hell YOU can fit it in ?? With our busy lives and schedules our priority should just be squeezing in workouts and movement when we can, rather than stressing over what time we do it.
