Pre Run Warm Up ??‍♀️ Here’s a handful of my favourite warm up exercises I like to do before I head out and pound the pavement ? Give these a go: ➡️ Lunge & Overhead Raise (push the back hip forward to loosen off your hip flexor) ➡️ Hamstring Swings (do 10+ on each leg) ➡️ Squat & Hip Circle (focus on range of movement as you do the circle to open up your hips) ➡️ Glute Bridges (to fire up your booty so it can support you as you run) ? I usually warm up for around 5 minutes before I run to help me perform better and reduce the risk of injury ??
