This week is what I like to call “transition” week for many of us.
.
We see our fierce goals comin in hot for 2019 and START moving toward them NOW. Maybe ya fell off for a minute..maybe you’re a newbie (loveee my newbies!) It’s time to start moving & planning.
.
Start throwing out those leftovers that may have you feeling “blah” & replacing them with stuff you are gonna need to bring yo badass fierceness BACK TO LIFE!
.
Start pinning down those workouts even if you are away and you will be feelin your fierceness in no time.
.
My best advise to ANYONE looking to get better is to find a coach or someone who inspires you but remember your own motivation can ONLY be supplied by yourself first.

Find your reason and PRESS GO. YES YOU CAN!
