WHAT ?? A ?? YEAR ?? 2018 it has been an absolute bloody pleasure ? A lot has happened! ➡️ I set up @staywildswim, shot a global @adidas Women campaign and appeared on @thismorning ➡️ I recorded two series of @thegirlgains podcast, headlined @balance_festival, filmed with @bbcearth and released #thesculptguide ➡️ I travelled to bucket list destinations, hosted retreats with @newhorizonescapes and created memories to last a lifetime ➡️ Not to mention I saw @rufusdusol live twice - LIFE GOALS ? And skinny dipped pretty much everywhere I went! (It’s a tradition hey @healthychefsteph) ? But you know what I’m most proud of? Getting the balls to really truly pursue my passion for the planet ? In 2018 I did beach cleans across the globe from Bali to Brighton, released my reusable whale bottles with @chillysbottles and embraced a plant based diet ? I also donated over £5,000 of my profits to ocean & animal charities ? I finally got up the courage to discuss issues I am passionate about across my platforms (which was scary AF!); culminating in being invited to speak at the United Nations ? I did a talk about using social media for positive change, something I am so incredibly determined to do. My platform may be small but it’s one I want to use as a force for good ?
