The set up-
Using a hack squat machine, face inward with your feet shoulder width apart on the metal platform. initiate movement by slightly bending at the knees and push your hips backwards.
?TIP-pretend there is a door behind you that needs to be closed and the only way you can do it is with your butt. Once your Hamstrings are in the fully stretched position (this differs person to person), push through the heels back to the starting position. End by bringing you hips to the pad. Repeat until your you achieve the desired bicep femoris development ?
