今日の和菓子 : きもちのカタチ
ドキドキ、そわそわ、もやもや、ほっこり…自分の中に、様々な感情が芽生え、消えていく。気持ちが見えたら、どんなカタチをしてるんだろう。そんな様々なきもちをカタチにした練り切りの和菓子です。

Today’s Wagashi : Form of emotions
In Japan, we have many words to discrive emotions. Especially we use various “onomatopoeia”; words that represent sounds to describe our emotions, such as “Dokidoki”(heart’s beating), “Sowasoea” (nerves or restless), “Moyamoya”(Worrying or wondering what to do) and so on. I wonder how they would look like if we could see the invisible emotions. This is my challenge to visualize the emotions through Japanese confectionary.
