Today’s Wagashi：Wild Boar
Ippodo is my best green tea brand, not only because of their taste but also their lovely package design. This year, they released new year matcha package according to Japanese zodiac. I haven't realized there are so much differences between each matcha until tasting different types of matcha.
This Joyo manju (steamed yeast bun with filling) with wild boar is a perfect combination with their special new year green tea.
