Keeping things Simple
Did you think I’d cross up to that hold off the volume ?

Boulders like this are strange, when you do them they look easy, but the first 15 tries sure weren’t ?

I’ll describe the process for those who like a short story: Even the little cross under foot thing is weird at the beginning. The foothold is bad and you still aren’t really grabbing any holds, nothing to keep your weight to the right. Once you get the left palm, I didn’t figure out the right palm forever it seemed. I was always pinching the corner of the volume and trying to put left foot up before getting my right to the middle foothold. Eventually I realized I could maybe get my right foot up first, then figured out the right palm and everything kind of fell into place from there. Props if you made it this far, Instagram is so bad for just like and scrolling, I generally like a good read if it’s “followable”. My biggest pet peeve, obnoxiously bad grammar and spelling ?♂️
