You are the only one who is ignoring us about this serious issue. ????? All the other pet stores, @petco , @chowhoundpet , and @petsuppliesplus are doing the right thing and are only going to use Adoption Partners in their stores who don't condone and perform declawing!!! ❤️ It's time you are part of the solution to help us end this unnecessary and barbaric amputation procedure.
Your silence is betrayal to all the cats who are being unnecessarily mutilated and harmed by being declawed by one of your Adoption Partners who condones and performs declawing at their "Wellness Centers."
WE TOLD YOU THAT WE RESPECTFULLY REACHED OUT TO THIS ADOPTION PARTNER ABOUT THIS SERIOUS ISSUE BUT THEY ARE STILL DECLAWING CATS AND STILL CONDONE IT!!!! Why don't you care about this? ???? How many signatures do we need to get on our petition to inspire you to do the right thing?

emilypersian I believe they are being sued by the bank that they leveraged the Chewy.com loan on. So what happened was they purchased Chewy, then lost loads on it. They had leveraged the loan on a bank and then filed bankruptcy. So now the bank they leveraged the loan onto is suing them. This is likely the main reason they are ignoring the petition, bc in their mind they have “bigger fish to fry” as the saying goes. It’s unfortunate but the direction they are going I doubt they’ll be around much longer.

tattooedrosedragon77 I used to volunteer for my local animal shelter. Petco allows the shelters to still put cats that were declawed up for adoption. Its strange they are telling you otherwise. Dont trust them. Ive seen first hand not care about any animals they sell or allow in their stores for adoption. Love all you continue to do for cats. Keep fighting & holding these places accountable!
