I know a lot of people suffer in silence and I don’t want to see another person end their life because they didn’t see a way out. It’s a subject very very close to my heart and I know the impact suicide has. I would really appreciate your support with this. Let’s get talking and end the stigma around speaking out about mental health. Please please please feel free to message me if you are struggling. I realise not everyone has someone to turn to when things get tough and when you are suffering mentally you need support and lots of it. ruthy1255_ This is real tragedy very sad 😢just wish he got the help he needed and had not to feel this was last option to take he’s own life 😢we need more help out there for metal health awareness as such important to cover by chatting to one person that feels in a dark places could Help it does matter of your career or lifestyle any one can suffer depression or mental health issues we need to have more help put in place to help these people that are in a dark times when they feel alone rest in peace xx
