Thousands of people mourned the 157 victims of the Ethiopian Airlines crash during services on March 17. Seventeen empty caskets draped in the national flag were carried through #AddisAbaba as some victims’ relatives fainted and fell to the ground, @apnews reports. Family members have reported receiving a 2.2 pound (1 kg.) bag of earth that was taken from the site of the crash, instead of the remains of their loved ones that are still being identified.
