My face after the snatch says about how well those went today. One of those days where nothing felt “heavy”, just very OFF. Those days suck, but they definitely happen. I’d like to say these front squats from this morning played a nice part in making me feel like trash this afternoon! Showing the last set of 7 sets so you can see JUST how nasty they got.
