I only really stray away when I am on vacation or it’s during the holidays... like most of us. And even during those times I still eat pretty well and incorporate movement just because I love feeling good. So that doesn’t really change for me, I just will clean up my diet a little bit more if I am preparing for something like this. I never do traditional cardio on a treadmill or stair master. Just because I don’t find it necessary for me personally. What I do instead is maybe walk a little bit more or do something FUN that’s active 😛 Like dancing, golf, idk you get the point haha. - I fill up on volume foods like tons of greens DAILY. The majority of my diet is quality/clean protein, healthy fats, fiber, greens, micronutrient dense, and I time gluten free carbs around my workouts. 🥬🥒🥑🍇🍑I don’t count macros or calories I just make sure to keep my protein up and if I’m hungry I EAT! ALOT! I listen to my body and the bio feedback. - When the photo shoot is coming up I make sure I don’t eat any of the foods that I know cause me issues and inflammation. For me that’s gluten 🥐 and dairy 🥛 ! - The day I shoot I drink some water 💦 but only what I need...
