A workout partially inspired by some moves I saw on @paleomg, brought to you in beautiful basement no window lighting 🤥🤣. .
4 rounds- .5 run
40 bosu knee to elbow
40 bosu toe taps (higher the harder)
40 rev plank toe taps (fingers forward is harder)
It took about 8 min per round.
Plank series-
:30 plank
:30 forearm plank
:15 right side forearm plank
15 right hip dips
15 right toe taps
:30 rev plank hold
15 left toe taps
15 left hip dips
:15 left side forearm plank
:30 forearm plank
:30 plank
It took about 4:30. I waited 5 min then did it in reverse, starting with the left side.
