When Svetlana came to me,she was already looking great after losing 45 lbs on her own. But she wanted to step on stage and decided to seek out out for professional help. ⠀ I had lots of challenges with her as a coach. Her body was very stubborn,no results for the first 6 months of prep 🤷‍♀️😳. I tried different diet approaches to find the right one for her. Most of the people would give up and did in my practice,but not her.She kept following my instructions,being super disciplined and very patient.She trusted me as coach and the whole process,she didn’t expect things to happen over night.This is what I call winning strategy 💪.
