Salads don't *always* need lettuce. 🍃 Enter: Spiced Peanut Sweet Potato Salad. Our Food Writer, @equittner, is 🤩 obsessed. The potatoes are roasted with ginger, cinnamon and cumin until perfectly tender, then they're tossed with sesame seeds, dates, parsley and a creamy peanut butter dressing while still warm.
