Tranquil moments pass as sunlight filters through the clouds at the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona. On May 15th, the North Rim reopened lodging and restaurants which will stay open until mid-October. Opposite the South Rim, this side allows you to forgo the crowds, as the North Rim only gets about 10% of the park's overall visitors. With plenty of available day hikes and ranger-led programs, you can learn about the fascinating geology, wildlife and culture while falling in love with this jaw-dropping landscape.
