Its been so nice to stretch the last couple of days!! When I was pregnant, I couldn't even SEE my toes hahahah. Seriously though, even just doing up my shoe laces the BIGGEST struggle !! ⁣

These exercises are perfect for the ladies who struggle with tight hamstrings or flexibility. ⁣
