Its been so nice to stretch the last couple of days!! When I was pregnant, I couldn't even SEE my toes hahahah. Seriously though, even just doing up my shoe laces the BIGGEST struggle !!
These exercises are perfect for the ladies who struggle with tight hamstrings or flexibility.
