Photo by Chien-Chi Chang @chien_chi_chang A few times a day, the train with one carriage travels through the Internally Displaced People (IDP) area in Sittwe, Myanmar. Inside the train, the racial segregation is evident; the Rohingya can only sit in the middle area of the train while Buddhists and armed security staff stay in compartments on both ends. Additionally, Rohingya can only travel within the fenced off area. Human Rights Watch has likened the separation to apartheid. The Rohingya inside IDP have given up hope that their internment in the camp will end soon. #MagnumFoundation #cccontheroad
