The @AustralianWildlifeConservancy is the biggest private (not-for-profit) owner and/or manager of land for conservation in Australia with almost 6.5 million hectares under management. They’ve recognised that ‘business as usual’ for conservation in Australia will mean additional extinctions. Not content to sit around and wait, AWC is developing and implementing a new model for conservation. At the moment they have a generous philanthropist doubling donations so the $17,634 we send them will be turned into over $35k to protect and restore Australian ecosystems. . The @EndangeredWildlifeTrust have been working for over four decades to protect endangered species throughout southern Africa. From protection, relocation and managing human-wildlife conflict the EWT are working at the coal face to ensure a future for iconic and lesser known species. . When you include AWC's doubling of donations at the moment it means over $50,000 dollars to conservation! .
