今日の和菓子 : 甘雨

日本には、様々な雨がある。
「霧雨(きりさめ)」「微雨(びう)」「霎(こさめ)」...日本語の「雨」には、季節や雨の状態によって、何十種類もの呼び名が存在する。
この時期、草木をうるおす雨は「甘雨（かんう）と呼ぶそうだ。命を育む雨を、天からの恵みとして敬って呼ばれた言葉。
そんな雨の気配を宿した甘い琥珀糖の菓子です。
