Was planning on trying to lift heavy sumo deadlifts walking into the gym, but realized I forgot my versa grips soooo I had to change my plan a bit 😂 (I have really weak grip, so I can’t pull very heavy without wraps/grips) - Still had an incredible workout and was feeling it for a few days after 😅 Give this one a try babes 👇🏻
- Sumo deadlifts: 4 sets of 15 (I focused more on fast-paced reps, not locking out at the top but keeping tension the whole time) *not shown here*
- Hip thrusts: 4 sets of 15
- Triple Set: RDL’s (3 sets of 12) with DB sumo squat pulses (3 sets of 15) with reverse hypers (3 sets of 15)
- Super set: banded squats (4 sets of 10) with banded good mornings (4 sets of 10)
