This is a sample workout for back you can follow. You will note there are only 4 exercises. I have always based my training around high volume workouts, this means I chose a select few exercises, but perform a great deal of sets with various rep ranges, this can be anything between 6-8 sets per exercises.

Rate your videos a lot! Sick guy....! Seriously you are my inspiration, personally as wanting to body build I’d do more than these workouts to grow my back as it is a big muscle and personally think needs between 25/30 sets to get a full pump on back I don’t know if I’m doing wrong with cable warm ups then compound sets all way through cable at end to get blood flowing after very workout on every muscle. Carry on sim! Your body makes me want to keep going 100 percent ????
