The sun sets on the swirling rocks at #VermillionCliffs National Monument. On the border of #Arizona and Utah, the White Pocket trail is as remote and challenging to get to as it is rewarding. Over the years, the Navajo sandstone eroded to form such varied shapes with vibrant, twisting colors that the views are dreamy and surreal — just one more example of America's marvelous public lands. We went there this last May and it was AMAZING!! Worth the hassle of 4-wheeling in for 1 and 1/2 hours!! It was one of the highlights of our trip and you don’t need a permit.
