If you didnt order from the summer launch or already have your order in hand stop belittling people and calling them immature or cry babies when they are just upset they havent recived their order yet. Everytime some bitch tells me I'm being immature cuz I am upset that I dint have my order yet I go on their page and sure enough they are showing off their products in hand. ?? some of use ordered when it launched and havent gotten shit yet see several people who ordered days after and received their order already wich it honestly bullshit. Doesnt matter their location or amount they ordered or paid. My shit STILL hasnt even been shipped yet. The shipping label has been created and has been sitting around waiting for pickup since the 2nd..

@kalvareztoro exactly. im seeing this on every one of his posts (IG, twitter) since the release. normally if theres a problem with anything jeffree talks about it on his snap/ig story. but hes been silent. ive seen people saying they ordered the palette on launch day, then something else later and received the second order within days but still dont have their palette. it makes me sad because i want what i paid for. i couldve gotten a palette with very similar colors for cheaper but i didnt. i wanted jeffrees. whats even worse is i dont know if hes keeping quiet about it because he just hasnt noticed, or because he doesnt care. ?? hes not a small company anymore and the lack of response is just ridiculous.

Love ya. BUT.. I emailed your tech team twice, still no respone. I ordered the brain freeze highlighter palate, along with the jaw breaker eyeshadow palette ON LAUNCH DAY. NEVER received an email, and Still haven’t received the products... But the money has been taken out of my account... I know you probably won’t see this, but since I haven’t gotten any help from your customer service, I figured I’d try... And I know you are very successful and I want you to continue that! BUT your customer service is terrible, I feel like that needs major improvement for you to keep your customers happy!
I’d LOVE TO GET MY PRODUCTS... but it doesn’t seem that way...

@kalvareztoro and hes posting on snap about a concealer restock already :(( ive seen too many people (including myself) saying theyve had to cancel their orders, getting no response from customer service, silence from jeffree and his team, palettes with broken shades, and lots of people saying theyll never purchase from jeffree again. it makes me so sad to see because jeffree is usually someone that is very open & honest about these things and the lack of response is costing him more than he may realize yet. it just makes me sad and disappointed.

I’m a little frustrated @jeffreestarcosmetics . My order finally shipped out. It was suppose to be delivered today. My tracking information says it couldn’t be delivered due to insufficient address and it’s returning to sender. I checked my order confirmation and my address is correct. Could you lend a helping hand here. I waited this long for something to be sent right back. ??♀️
