Don’t believe such «images»!
In reality, after being an Airbnb user for years I am beyond disappointed with my experience. My parents are coming to visit me in next week after a whole year, I had pre-booked a place for them and WHILE being pre-approved by Airbnb, the app decided to give it to someone else based on the greedy «first come, first serve» strategy. Now they’re gonna come with nowhere to stay as it’s too late, thanks to Airbnb. The poor customer service also did nothing for me. This is not only fraud but also very poor that you consider your prompt benefit rather than reputation. NEVER gonna use Airbnb anymore after all these years and will definitely make sure to tell others about it. Don’t trust Airbnb, you might not be able to handle such horrible consequences. Too disappointed ??

@airbnb do U even care about ur paying clients?? You left us stranded in Paris after having multiple agents promise us that they would take care of it. You issued a credit for all of my inconvenience but when the place was on suitable for children, you wouldn’t refund the credit. Thereby going back on your word. I am warning all families to avoid renting Airbnb apartments in Paris and to be very prudent about the risk involved. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this platform, but I was treated like garbage. My eight and 10-year-old daughters suffered and their safety was at stake.

Vous faites une magnifique publicité .....! Mais qu’en est il des réservations annulées une semaine avant pour un voyage à Bali et aucune solution apportée ! Vous procédez au remboursement mais c’est au client de trouver un back up dans l’urgence. C’est inadmissible. N’avez vous pas une réglementation qui oblige les propriétaires à respecter leur engagement de location ou à dédommager les clients ? Une solution de reclassement ??? ???

@banafch We've never had a bad experience during our years with AirBnB - as a host or as a guest. As a host we were unfortunate enough to have our home flooded in a big storm, but were able to find alternative options which our guests were very happy with. Sounds like you've just had a bad run.

I have a dispute case with airbnb since march and still not solved yet ,, i have sent all the emails and been ignored and no answer yet ... worst customer service
