Anybody else receive someone else’s order in box addressed to them? On top of all the other issues I experienced including in store pick up being a joke, orders canceled days after ordering and items still yet to ship (I’m guessing likely to be canceled) I got a package yesterday addressed to me but had another women’s purchase in it along with her packing slip. I immediately called customer service and got disconnected so I called back was told I need to ship the item back and hope that she does the same as my item I purchased is out of stock, which of course it is, customer service also told me if she did return it, it could takes weeks to get it to me and that she wasn’t sure if the item I purchased would be in stock again before the end of the sale. Which I’m sorry you made the mistake so you need to fix this. If the item doesn’t restock before the end of the sale you should honor the price I paid for it as I didn’t mail myself someone else’s order. I don’t know why in a time when retail is dying you are not stocking enough product and treating customers poorly. You know your products are going to move fast so why not stock up? Why offer early access if we can’t actually buy anything and why encourage us to use in stock pick up if you can’t get the orders to the store fast enough for them to complete the order? So disappointed by a company I used to think so highly of.

@nordstrom huge letdown!!!! Early access turned into a disaster as the “temp card” on my account is expired and I STILL haven’t received my real card. My friend was nice enough@to loan me her card, after 30 minutes on the phone with customer service who did nothing to help me. Now I’ve received 3 separate emails telling me items I ordered have been canceled. Because of this temp card you said i could shop with until my card arrived... which apparently someone is walking to my house. why, 7 hours after placing my order am I still getting emails saying items in my order are canceled? I expect this from small establishments that don’t have the bandwidth to handle a major sale. But Nordstrom?? And in reading comments elsewhere, seems this is pretty typical for you too. Very unhappy customer here.

I shopped this sale last year as a brand new credit card holder one day after the early access had started, and this year as an “ambassador” and BOTH times went smoothly??♀️ yes it’s frustrating when things are sold out, but MANY things get restocked as people return (which they always do!) I was patient and just kept checking often to see if the item was back in stock which 99% of the time it was. Got all but 1 thing I wanted last year and everything I wanted this year both in store and online.

Extremely disappointed with the handling of this years sale! I have been a cardholder since 2010 and have never been so wronged by the Nordstrom team. I placed my order 20 minutes after the sale went live for cardholders. It is seven days later and over HALF of my order was cancelled and the balance still has not shipped. The items that were cancelled are no longer available and I used my double points day. Will not be looking forward to this sale going forward. Nordstrom should be better prepared for large sales like this and not let their loyal customers down.

WOW !!!!! Bad service !!!!!!! This is not the only store that does this WHAT ABOUT LV EVERYTHING IS THE HOTTEST THIS YEAR OUT OF STOCK LETS CALL ALL OVER THE US TO FIND ONE ????????? Are you kidding me I will never order again from any store what a big scam why do all of u put sales out and no product ?????? Or does the employees get first pick and there family members so sick of you saying that you are so sorry and thank ppl about the complaint and not one thing is done ????????? Can not blame any one but your company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@nordstrom only cares for the customers who can spend 5k per year or more. Why else would they re do their reward program AND the early access schedule this year? If your order was cancelled you are not @nordstrom target consumer. They have so much data from rewardstyle links they have manufactured this sale according to their bottom line and it’s not regular cardholders but cardholders ambassador and above. Their bottom line is no longer customer service. If it were the #nsale would have improved from last year and net worse. #nsalefail
