Photo by @andrea_frazzetta | South Africa, a “family” of Giraffes in the central region of the Kruger Park. The giraffe is the tallest terrestrial mammal in the world. The males stand about 5m tall - as high as a single-story house - and the females are just a little shorter. Giraffes are gentle and timid animals and live in loose social groups. The Kruger National Park is one of the largest game reserves in Africa. It covers an area of 7,523 sq miles in the provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga in northeastern South Africa. anamdag I saw today a documentary about giraffes and in the end I got my tears fallin down because they are so inoffensive and powerless that they are dying in search of water... Global heating is an international problem and if they are dying, we will end up in the same way or worst...
