FRESH FRUIT 😍🍓. If you have been following me for a while you will know that one of my TOP tips for making your breakfast healthier is by topping it with fresh fruit. Starting your day with a nutrient rich, filling breakfast is SO important in order fuel your body for the day ahead. 🙌🏼🤤. Blended ...strawberry, blueberries, cranberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk.... mango, pineapple, yogurt, almond milk.... papaya, oats, cinnamon and almond milk.... watermelon, cucumbers and ginger... Carrots, apple, kiwi, celery.... I have a fresh juice every morning

Large amount of cooked oatmeal loaded with fruit and seasoned with vanilla and cinnamon ever morning. Truly lasts the whole day until dinner if need be. Also a coffee and 2L of water a day.

I do rolled oats, Kefir, and mixed berries, peaches, or strawberry-banana mix. Depends what I have in the fridge at the moment ??
