Who ELSE loves hommus?!? Hommus is one of my favourite dips to eat with some fresh chopped veggies as a QUICK snack 🥕. BUT did you know there are HEAPS of other healthy, delicious dishes you can add hommus to? It is SO much more than just a dip 👏🏼.
Give these ideas a try:
✅ Use as a sandwich spread - Perfect to boost the flavour of your favourite sandwich combo.
✅A salad dressing - Thin out the hummus with a little olive oil and/or water until the consistency is creamy, then add a little extra lemon juice and salt and pepper!!
✅Top your chicken - Coat your chicken breast with some hommus and sprinkle over some crushed macadamias or almonds then bake in the oven.
✅Stir a spoon or two through a homemade veggie soup to add extra creaminess and protein.
✅Add a spoon or two to a homemade burger pattie.
✅Add a spoon to your scrambled eggs or tofu scramble.
