With all of this travel and competition, it’s important to take my recovery seriously. Which is why I am so grateful for @truenorthcryo on Pier Avenue in Hermosa! True North is like the Disneyland of recovery centers, featuring infrared sauna, cryotherapy, Normatec boots, a salt wall for air purification, AND an upstairs workout room that can be calibrated to certain elevations. Thank you for keeping me fresh and ready to play!

We just swept through the Hermosa @avpbeach qualifier today, and have to prepare for the main draw tomorrow. You know where I’ll be 👊🏼
